How Long to Beat Endacopia

Main story, 100% completion, demo length, and how many runs the four endings take.

Last updated:

Endacopia is a short, dense point-and-click. A first story run lands near six and a half hours. 100% — all 16 Steam achievements, both saw endings, Stay, The Yeti, fishing, and boss avoid pairs — lands near 11–12 hours across three or four playthroughs.

Figures below mix AndyLand’s Kickstarter ~6 hour estimate, this wiki’s chapter routing, and HowLongToBeat polls (updated through August 2026). The launch video It’s Out is embedded as the official “the game is out, go play it” beat — not a length spoiler.

At a Glance

StyleTypical time
Demo (Prologue only)20–40 minutes, no saves
Main story (one ending)~6–6.5 hours (HLTB main ~6h 20m average / ~6h 32m median, small sample)
Main + sides (fishing, optional bosses on one path)~8–9 hours community estimate
Completionist / 100%~11–12.5 hours (HLTB completionist ~11h 28m average / 11h median)
All four named endingsSame 100% window — 3–4 runs, not four full 6-hour replays if you keep a Chapter I save

Steam still lists a lightweight install (2 GB). Length comes from puzzles, backtracking, and ending branches, not combat grind. See System Requirements.

Why One Playthrough Is Not Enough

GoalExtra time
Escape vs ReturnSecond run from a pre–Saw Box backup — code 471 (Saws)
Stay (Ending C)Dedicated Chapter I reload + three area secrets (Stay Secrets)
The YetiAndyland dance after the main triangle (Andyland)
Fight vs avoid bossesOpposite routing for Trapezist / Chameleon / AI (Optional Bosses)
I Want To Be A FishermanAll clock states in Timesville Fishing
Footwork MasterPrologue soccer 100 — often a dedicated retry (Mini-Games)

Recommended 100% order lives on Achievements. Keep wandering saves and a Chapter I file (Save System); Steam Cloud is on from 1.04.

Chapter Time Budgets (First Run)

These are planning ranges, not speedrun splits:

ChapterWhat you are doingRough share
PrologueDoors.exe, kitchen, Cheshire, Clocky30–50 min (demo overlap)
Chapter ICircus / Office / Timesville body partsLargest share of a first run
Chapter IIMisery Town, optional bosses, Saw BoxMedium
Chapter IIIHenry Boss or Return epilogueShort climax

Stuck rooms inflate Chapter I more than any boss. Use the Walkthrough and Tips instead of wandering for an extra hour.

Demo vs Full Game

The April 20, 2026 demo is a single session. Closing it restarts. It does not carry into the July 27 full release. If you only want to know whether the tone fits, the demo is the honest length check — then budget an evening for the Steam game (Release Info).

Speedruns vs Casual

Speedrunning categories sit far below story times (demo Any% historically under 40 seconds; early full-game submissions were a few minutes). Those routes skip curiosity. This page answers “how long will my first playthrough take?” — not world-record pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long is Endacopia’s main story? A: Plan about 6–6.5 hours for one ending. AndyLand’s pitch was ~6 hours; HowLongToBeat’s small main-story sample sits in the same band.

Q: How long is 100%? A: Plan 11–12 hours across multiple saves, not one continuous file.

Q: Can I see every ending in one sitting? A: Not without backups. Escape and Return split at the Saw Box; Stay needs a prepared reload. See Save System.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about Endacopia.

How long is the Endacopia demo?

About 20–40 minutes with no save system. Finish it in one session.

How many playthroughs for all endings?

Three to four if you keep a Chapter I save: Escape, Return, Stay, then Andyland for The Yeti.

Does patch 1.08 change playtime?

It removes Camera, Misery Town, and detector softlocks — it does not add story chapters. Update so you do not lose an hour to a stuck save.
