The Office phone call puzzle is a Credibility gate in The Office. After the personality survey places Mellow at a workstation, use the telephone alongside the PC and complete every listed call with correct dialogue choices. Full Credibility unlocks elevator reassessment → Gambling Den → Transparent Mug → Wrench → Core Key chain.

Skipping or failing calls blocks the Gambling Den branch — you can still recover Mouth via button puzzles, but you lose dice achievements, Flower trade, and the standard Office productivity path documented in the Walkthrough.

Setup — Reaching the Phone

1. From Green Hills, enter The Office wing (train, currency scanners, colored switches)
2. Spell Help Me Talk on floor buttons → recover Mouth
3. Earn 150+ currency, pass scanners, ride -100 elevator
4. Complete personality survey (work-loving, autopilot answers — see The Office)
5. Follow arrow carpet to workstation chair
6. Interact with computer and telephone — calls appear in queue
