Timesville

Timesville is the third Chapter 1 hub from Green Hills where Mellow recovers his Eyes and completes side quests for the fishing license, telescope, and Stay ending secret.

Getting There

From Green Hills, cross the bridge into Timesville. The apartment building near the entrance hosts the main quest giver.

Recover Eyes

1. Cross the stone archway to the beach
2. Walk east to the graveyard
3. Approach the uppermost gravestone — a hidden hole opens
4. Drop inside to recover Eyes

With all three senses restored (Hands, Mouth, Eyes), side quests and fishing unlock fully.

Catthew Hide-and-Seek

Help the red cat Catthew three times:

Round	Location
1	Behind the locked shed before the beach
2	Behind the jail building west of the apartment
3	New bridge beside shed → long house → footprints back to graveyard

Round 3 triggers a monster chase — run toward the shed to find the real Catthew.

Reward: Fishing License

Fishing

Show the license to the diver on the dock. Controls:

• M1 to cast
• Wait for float sparkle → M1 again
• Move mouse to keep indicator in target zone

Each time period has 3 unique fish. Six fish total unlocks the aquarium; 18 fish across all time slots is required for the Stay ending secret.

Aquarium & Party Chain

1. Deliver 6+ fish to the fox at the aquarium (night visit after Catthew’s invite)
2. Receive party invitation
3. Apartment building → upstairs → far-right room → password Yellow
4. Talk to the owl — reassure him about the party
5. Reward: Telescope (needed for Office Stay secret)

Beartha’s PGD Quest

1. Talk to yellow bear Beartha about the stolen PGD device
2. Place Telescope near locked beach shed → connect star constellation (key shape)
3. Enter shed → skeleton Metal Detector puzzle:
   • Raise all skeletons to highest position except upside-down one (arms outward)
   • Pull bone rope right → wait for insects → collect Metal Detector
4. Dig on beach when detector beeps → find Lockpick
5. Unlock Rat’s room (2nd floor apartment) → examine evidence → blackmail Nibbles
6. Metal-detect beach again → Camera, Fish Paper, PGD (far west edge)
7. Return PGD to Beartha → Black Rose reward
8. Give Black Rose to cow’s mother’s grave (Rosie) → hidden chamber with VHS Player

Stay Ending Secret — Fish Paper Key

After unlocking Escape and Return on prior playthroughs:

1. Use Metal Detector to find finishing paper in Timesville
2. Catch all 18 fish (every species × every time-of-day period)
3. Receive Fish Paper Key
4. Open safe in house beyond waterfall (shared-room puzzle location)
5. Continue until Angel’s Plea scene — Timesville secret complete

Use windowed mode for metal-detector accuracy.

Achievement: Water Break

Drink from the bottle in the Rat’s room (2nd floor, middle door). Combined with Office water cooler and a third source later.
